For this home, we suggested installing four wall mounted units, one for the kitchen, one that would cool the living room and office, and one each for the upstairs bedrooms. Each of these units can operate independently, creating separate zones of comfort, and allowing you additional savings by only using the zones you need, when you need them.
These units provide great air conditioning in the summer but can also be used to supplement the existing heating system in the house in winter.
