Problem: Using too much oil to heat home. Wanted to try something different.  

Solution: Installed 2 heat pumps, with zoned air conditioning, so that they could heat the rooms that were being used.

Problem: First, this home was not equipped with an air conditioning system and required the seasonal installation of window air conditioners. Second, the old oil boiler was inefficient and resulted in high oil usage in winter.

Problem: The kitchen and dining room were too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The homeowner also wanted the option to close unused rooms seasonally while keeping individual control of the climate in the parts of the home everybody used.
