Problem: The energy bills in a two-family colonial home in Somerville, MA were too high, and the climate control was uneven across the apartments.

Solution: NETR installed a Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system. The custom system uses three units on the first floor, two on the second floor, and an outdoor HyperHeat heat pump unit.

Problem: This homeowner had put an addition on their colonial home, and needed heating and cooling for it. They were using oil heat and window units at this point but wanted a more elegant solution.

Solution: They went with a Mitsubishi 2 Zone Ductless Cooling and Heating System. We put in one outdoor mini split heating and cooling unit, and two indoor units between the addition and the kitchen. These systems are built to both heat and cool, allowing them to use their addition comfortably all year long.

Lincoln, MA Home Installs Ductless Heating and Cooling System

Problem: The homeowner wanted to find a cooling solution for the living room. They wanted something that was low maintenance, highly efficient, and cost effective.

Solution: They decided to go with a ductless cooling only system from Mitsubishi. They didn't need it to heat, because they already have a heating system that works well but needed that extra something to keep the living room cool in the summer. This checked off all the boxes!
