Our dedicated Service team is responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial equipment, including, but not limited to walk-in freezers, walk in refrigerators, chillers, reach in, and more.
Desired Criteria:
High school or trade school equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of Refrigeration experience. A clean and neat professional appearance to represent our company. Good customer service and people skills as well as the ability to communicate with our customers effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions on the job. A clean criminal background check is required. A team player with a great work ethic and the ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary round out the ideal candidate.
Required Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- NATE Certification in the HVAC industry (preferred)
- We offer certificate training at our fully equipped training facility
- Massachusetts Refrigeration License
We pay a competitive salary based on experience as well as the potential for bonuses, commissions, and advancement in the company. Overtime is paid at time and a half for over 8 hours worked in a day.
