How Does the Referral Program Work?
Getting started is simple. Fill out the referral form with your friend’s first name, last name, and either their email address or phone number. Your friend can then schedule an HVAC system installation or a qualifying service or repair appointment with NETR. Once the work is completed, we’ll mail you your referral reward.
What Rewards Can I Earn Through the Referral Program?
You can earn up to $1,000 for every successful referral. When your referred friend installs an HVAC system, you’ll receive a $1,000 check from NETR. If your friend schedules a qualifying service or repair appointment, excluding HVAC tune-ups, you’ll receive a $50 check.
Are There Any Limitations on the Number of People I Can Refer?
No. You can refer as many friends, family members, or neighbors as you’d like. Each qualifying referral gives you another opportunity to earn a referral reward.
How Long Does It Take to Receive the Referral Reward?
After your friend’s qualifying installation or service appointment is completed, NETR will send your referral reward by mail. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for your check to arrive.
Can I Refer Someone for an HVAC Tune-Up?
No. HVAC tune-ups are excluded from the referral program. The program applies to qualifying HVAC system installations and eligible service or repair appointments.
