The Mitsubishi MSZ-FS Deluxe Wall-Mounted Indoor Unit provides an attractive and efficient way to heat and cool your home. Multiple units can heat and cool your whole home, or you can use a single unit in one area such as a home addition, garage, attic, or basement not connected to your central HVAC system.
This deluxe wall unit is easier to install than a traditional ducted central air heating and cooling system, and it works for both existing homes and new construction.

3D i-see Sensor
The 3D i-see Sensor scans the room to measure its temperature and number of occupants. Then, it uses this data to improve its functioning and make your home as comfortable as possible.
Customizable airflow
You can choose between indirect or direct airflow to determine if the air supply goes toward or away from the people in the room. Dual vane operation provides fine angle control, letting you customize airflow even more.
Dual Barrier Coating on interior components
The interior air duct, vane, coil, and fan have Dual Barrier Coating. This coating prevents dust and grime from building up inside the unit, boosting the efficiency of the system.
Advanced triple filtration
To keep your interior air as clean and healthy as possible, this deluxe wall-mounted unit also boasts triple filtration including a nano-platinum filter and an electrostatic anti-allergy enzyme filter.
Deluxe backlit controller
So you can easily control the unit from anywhere in the room, it comes with a deluxe handheld remote. The backlit hand controller lets you conveniently change settings, even in the dark.

The capacity of this wall-mounted unit can handle cooling areas ranging from 250 to 1000 square feet. It operates at a very low noise volume, about the level of background noise in a quiet library.
With Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) ratings up to 33.1 and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) up to 13.5, this Energy-Star certified unit is one of the most efficient on the market.
