SEZ Low-Static Horizontal Ducted Indoor Unit

A ducted split air conditioning indoor unit with visible vents and connection points, designed for ceiling installation.

Easier to install than conventional central HVAC systems, the SEZ Low-Static Horizontal Ducted Indoor Unit is an ideal option when you want a ducted ductless system. This unit can attach to existing ductwork or be used in new construction. Its slim design allows it to hide above the ceiling, below the floor, in the attic, or behind a  bulkhead.

The SEZ series of the Low-Static Horizontal Ducted Indoor Unit can heat and cool one room or two rooms through a short duct run. Alternatively, you can use multiple units to heat and cool your entire home.

Specs of the Low-Static Horizontal Ducted Indoor Unit

With capacities ranging from 9,000 to 15,000 BTU/H, the SEZ Low-Static Horizontal Ducted Indoor Unit can heat and cool spaces from 350 to 800 square feet. The exact capacity you need, however, cannot just be determined by the square footage of the area. You also need to consider ceiling height, insulation, and other factors — our team can help you select the best capacity for your needs.

This ducted indoor unit operates at a noise level as low as 23 dB(A). To put that into perspective, it’s just a tiny bit louder than gentling rustling leaves and considerably quieter than a whispered conversation.

This highly efficient indoor unit has great ratings in efficiency categories such as SEER, HSPF, and COP, and all systems have earned the prestigious Energy Star certification.

  • Capacities: 9,000 to 15,000 BTU/H
  • Sound: as low as 23 dB(A)
  • SEER: up to 22.0
  • HSPF: up to 13.1
  • COP: up to 4.0
  • ENERGY STAR®: all systems
